Shipping and return policy

These terms apply to all orders within the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Shipping

• Tashkent. We deliver by taxi. The cost depends on the distance and equals the taxi fare; delivery to addresses near the Yunusabad district is free.
• Regions of Uzbekistan. Delivery is paid; the cost depends on the region and is confirmed when the order is placed.
• Delivery time: 3–7 days after the order is confirmed.
• The exact delivery cost and time are confirmed by our manager by phone.

Returns and exchanges

• Returns are not accepted.
• Defective products are exchanged or repaired under warranty.
• Please check the package contents and condition of the product on delivery.
